I’m a Metro Detroit photographer and the creative behind @jmdstudioart, specializing in colorful, playful, and dreamy imagery. While I love photographing people and moments of all kinds, working with brands is my favorite! Bringing their ideas to life through vibrant, personality filled imagery.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to photograph professional models and work with brands including Blake’s Hard Cider, Bakehouse46, Mejuri, Dossier Perfume, and more. My work has also been featured in VIM Fashion/Lifestyle Magazine, the hardcover artist book INTRO.themag, and I’ve been a winner of two Cast Detroit photography contests.

 

I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art & Arts and Humanities. My background in art continues to influence the way I approach every shoot. These days, I’m also taking on more weddings and events, documenting all the colorful, candid, and in-between moments that make a day feel like your own.
